This year carried loss for many.

Some visible.
Some quiet.
Some never spoken.

The loss of people we loved. May they each rest in eternal peace.
The loss of dreams that didn’t survive the year.
The loss of versions of ourselves we had to let go of.

Not all loss comes from failure.
Some loss comes from growth.
Some from choosing truth over comfort.
Some from seasons ending before we were ready.

Life, Love & Leadership doesn’t make us immune to loss.
It asks us to grieve honestly — without becoming bitter or small.

What we don’t acknowledge, we carry.
What we don’t grieve, we drag forward.
